Update exam requirements ITIL Foundation.
The exam requirements for the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management have been updated, and the new version will be effective as from July 1. This version update has no consequences for the contents of the exams. It consists of a more concise list of basic concepts of ITIL, with a few improvements.
